What does it cost to list?
Listing is free and always will be. We take 8% commission on bookings that actually complete. If a trip does not run, we take nothing.
What verification do you require?
Government photo ID, and where your state requires it, your tourism-board guide licence. Trek leaders are asked for current wilderness first-aid certification. Verification happens before a profile goes live.
Who owns the customer relationship?
You do. Travellers message you directly before booking, and you agree the plan together. We are the discovery and payment layer, not a middleman between you and your guests.
When do I get paid?
Payment is held in escrow when a traveller books and released two working days after the trip starts, so both sides are protected.
