- Day 1
Sohra → Tyrna → Nongriat
Roughly 3,000 steps down through the gorge to the Umshiang double-decker bridge. Night with a family in Nongriat.
Sleeping altitude 600 m
- Day 2
Nongriat → Rainbow Falls → Nongriat
An hour further up the valley to Rainbow Falls and its plunge pool, back to the village for a second night.

Nongriat → Tyrna → Sohra
The climb out on fresh legs, then Nohkalikai Falls and the Arwah limestone caves in the afternoon.
